Lenten Wrap
- 1 flour tortilla- 2 tbsp roasted garlic hummus- 1 leaf romaine lettuce, chopped- 1 sweet pepper, chopped- 1/4 tomato, diced- 1/4 avacado, sliced - sliced red onions - feta cheese
Wrap it all up and voila! A quick, healthy and delicious vegetarian meal. I’ve been obsessed with this wrap ever since Lent started. Happy eatings!
